The program serves as a key mechanism for strengthening linkages between local communities and the industrial sector, 
 fostering sustainable community development alongside the broader economic advancement of the EEC area.

Products selected to receive the “EEC SELECT” certification must demonstrate excellence across several dimensions,
including distinctive community identity, the use of local materials, and the integration of technology or creativity throughout the production process.
They must also meet quality standards suitable for commercial market entry. Evaluations are conducted based on five criteria:
production inputs, service processes and procedures, service differentiation, marketing capability,
and sustainable value creation. These criteria are used to determine appropriate levels for each model product,
aligned with its potential and growth trajectory. Products are categorized into three star levels:
